Eran Zehavi and Moshe Peretz bought a plot of land for 6 million NIS in Savyon

Zehavi purchased a plot of more than one dunam at Africa Residences for 6.2 million NIS. Peretz also bought land from Lev Leviev for 5.5 million NIS.

The land is located on Dekel Street, near the old Savyon. This is the last project sold by Africa Residences to Africa Investments as part of an agreement signed in 2006 between the two.

Peretz bought a plot of one dunam from Hagit, Lev Leviev’s daughter, for 5.5 million NIS. The land is located on Swallow Street and at the corner of Hatomer. Peretz is also expected to build a villa himself. Hagit Leviev has not lived in Israel for five years and is reputed to live in New York.

Zehavi is currently playing in the Chinese Premier League, with the R & F team from Guang Ju, and earns 12.5 million dollars per season. It was recently announced that he is set to join the SIGP group in Shanghai and earn about 20 million dollars per season.

Peretz currently lives in Beer Yaakov with his wife and four children in a villa he owns. Recently, he opened an ice cream shop named Caramel, located in the Malha shopping center in Jerusalem.

On behalf of Eran Zahavi, Moshe Peretz, and Hagit Leviev, no response has been given.
