The ex-wife of David Fattal recently purchased the eighth and top floor of the 500 square meter investment project by Eldar Investments in Holon and plans to rent out the offices.

Mrs. Fattal, business in her blood
Hadassah Fattal, ex-wife of businessman and owner of the David Fattal hotel chain, is expanding her investments in real estate and has just acquired the eighth and top floor of the upcoming commercial project by Eldar Investments in Holon, covering an area of 850 m². Estimated at 10 million NIS.

The next building in the Holon business park is an office building located above a shopping center and will include eight floors totaling 6,100 m². It has been built as part of a purchasing group and was designed by architect Ron Rubinstein. 50% of the buyers are part of the group (independent lawyers, accountants, appraisers), who purchased spaces of at least 100 m² for amounts starting at 1 million shekels. Construction of the building will begin in the second half of 2019.
A smart investment
Hadassah Fattal intends to rent the offices to a company that, in addition to renting the offices, will also have a balcony and a roof that will be used for events. Rent in the Holon business park ranges from 70 to 75 NIS per square meter. Renting the offices will bring Fattal more than 60,000 NIS per month: “I believe that the Holon business park connects southern Israel to the country’s business center. The location of the building near the green line of the tram will help make the area accessible to workers,” Fattal said.
Fattal began her career as a real estate salesperson and has long known the president and founder of the Eldar group, Amir Shaltiel. Fattal holds about 10% of the shares of the Fattal group, which were previously valued at over 400 million NIS. Adi Danna, CEO of Eldar Investments, stated: “Fattal is very active and knows the real estate sector very well. Her very choice to buy a space in a project we are promoting reinforces the recognition of the region’s attractiveness and its investments in offices.”
