The plot is located in the prestigious locality of the Even Yehuda municipality, adjacent to the Beit Itshak municipality. The real estate prices in Even Yehuda are among the highest in the Netanya area, nearly 25,000 Shekels per meter.

The land is part of a program from the Even Yehuda municipality, planning for an industrial zone between Even Yehuda and the Beit Itshak municipality. The plot is close to Highway 4, which easily serves the center of the country, a positive point for its upcoming transformation.
