The location is situated near the High Tech area, 200 meters from the bus station. According to our expertise and the various administrative steps recorded for this land, it should become buildable in the short term to expand the existing commercial area less than 1 km away. After the last meeting in April 2018, the final decision on the project will focus on constructing a residential area with height (see doc). We could not hope for better.
