Tiberias: “A project sabotaged while it is a conflict of interest”

The Agam Kinneret project is a tower that has been marketed dozens of meters from the shore, but its building permit is blocked because it was constructed on the Syrian-African rift.

The real estate company Y-GROUP, owned by businessman Zeev Yokolman, which is behind the construction project on the shores of the Sea of Galilee, filed an urgent request with the court on Monday to order the mayor of Tiberias, Ron Kobi, “to immediately release the building permit for the project, otherwise he will be sanctioned for contempt of court.”

In the wake of the last discussion among the various parties, a notice was submitted to the court, along with a request for a two-week extension of the discussion on the Agam project.
