The BIG Yehoud Monosson project is underway

The BIG group (shopping centers) has received a building permit for the establishment of BIG-Yehud Monosson. The center, which will open in two years and cover a total area of 25,000 meters, will include fashion chains from the largest Israeli brands, as well as restaurants and entertainment venues. Big Shopping Centers indicates that it has received a building permit for the construction of Big Yehud Monosson, which will include stores, parking, and offices, and that the largest center in the Ono Valley will be invested in to the tune of 300 million NIS. The mayor of Yehud Monosson, Yalla Meklis, accompanied by the city director, Shira Dekel-Katz, the city engineer, Eitan Ben-Zvi, as well as the CEO of Big Shopping Centers, Eitan Bar-Ze’ev, the deputy general manager, Erez Milenstein, and the vice president of Israel Development, Yaniv Komami.

The new center, which is expected to open its doors in about two years, will offer the well-known group a mix of major old businesses, such as a giant children’s complex from the Babylon chain, a gym from the Space chain, a clinic, fashion brands, retail stores, and food products. The complex will include approximately 1000 parking spaces. To date, leading rental contracts have been signed in Israel, including Super Pharm, the leading brands of the Fox group, Adidas, Nike, Renoir, McDonald’s, and other restaurants.

The city is experiencing significant growth in its population, a strong population with purchasing power, which requires jobs, stores, leisure centers, and recreational centers that will constitute a dynamic urban center for Yehud Monosson in particular and the entire Bikat Ono region in general.

BIG Shopping Centers was founded by Yehuda Naftali, who operates shopping centers in Israel and the United States. The Bessarabia shopping centers in the United States are single-story open centers, primarily intended for shopping, located near major traffic arteries, allowing easy access and free parking for the benefit of visitors.
