Calcalist has learned that David Kapolsky, founder of the recently renovated chain, has sold the Kapulsky building in Netanya; It is a two-story building with an area of approximately 3,000 square meters, located at 30 Hamelacha Street, in the Poleg industrial zone.
The building covers an area of 4 dunams and is leased for a long period to the Kapolsky factory. It also operates a coffee chain, which was recently renovated by the owner Liron Angel. According to the agreement reached between the buyers and the tenants, Kapolsky will continue to lease the building for a period of five years, with an option for several extensions.
The buyers will be able to increase the construction rights in the building. The building will have an area of 4,500 square meters and, in the future, following the approval by the Netanya municipality of a zoning plan allowing construction at 300%, it will be possible to build a 10-story building with rights of approximately 12,000 square meters of main area.
The buyers are the Dahari family, father Israel and his children Tal-El and Omri. The family mainly engages in income-generating activities and focuses on industrial and logistics buildings in the Poleg industrial zone. They also own plots in Beit Lid. Israel’s eldest son, Kidan Dahari, is one of the owners of the public company Tnuport, which deals with real estate and income-generating properties throughout the country.
