The construction project located in one of the last land reserves of Bnei Brak has reached its final stage. Moreover, it is expected to receive validation within two months. This is the complex that controls an area of 103 dunams in the Pardes Katz neighborhood, east of the new business center of Bnei Brak (BBC). The northern boundary of the complex is Hayarkon Street, Maccabim Street to the east, and Hashmonaim Street to the west. Today, there are mainly garages and various structures used in traditional industry. The plan changes the use of the land for residential purposes and will allow construction of up to 6.5 stories. This plan is tailored to the ultra-Orthodox population, particularly young couples. It is estimated that 6,200 people will live in the new neighborhood.

Good news for everyone because even if the municipality covers the compensation for current owners, the project will soon be profitable…
