Authorization for the construction of 1,700 housing units in northern Ramat Hasharon

The new planned neighborhood will be initiated in an accelerated construction process and will be located in the northwestern part of the city and on the outskirts of Herzliya. To the southwest of the kibbutz Galil Yam.

About 330 housing units will be built in the form of apartments.

Of the total housing units, approximately 330 units will be allocated for small apartments. The plan includes 20,000 square meters of employment space and 4,000 square meters of commercial space in the neighborhood, as well as commercial facades on the fronts of the buildings.

In terms of transport accessibility, the plan includes the construction of a central transport road connecting Ramat Hasharon and Herzliya. The plan also includes extensive public buildings and jobs.

Ariel Sharon, Deputy Director of the Budget Division and Chairman of the Budget Division, stated: “The plan addresses the housing shortage at the heart of the demand area. “This is the first complex of a large plan in western Ramat Hasharon promoted by Rami, in the area of the evacuated Glilot camp, and is expected to include 14,000 housing units,” said Rafi Almaliah, director of the Rami Elmaliach Division. The plan was designed by architect Naama Melis.
