This hotel will be the only one of its kind in the Sharon region. We can build 26 large suites or opt for more smaller suites. The construction density allows for additional facilities within the complex. The plot covers 7,000 m² and is located directly facing the sea, in a prime location. All necessary permits have already been obtained. The owner is also interested in selling the entire plot, as well as the possibility of selling half of the project and remaining a partner with the buyer.
