Le terrain est destin\u00e9 \u00e0 la construction d&#8217;une tour de 40 \u00e9tages avec 174 appartements. Et le reste dispatch\u00e9 dans un certain nombre de propri\u00e9taires priv\u00e9s. Un autre groupe de propri\u00e9taires est repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 \u00e0 nouveau fid\u00e8lement par l&#8217;avocat Shmuel &#8211; et c&#8217;est lui qui a initi\u00e9 le processus de dissolution sur le terrain, g\u00e9r\u00e9 par l&#8217;avocat s\u00e9questre Shai Roh.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le prix obtenu dans le cadre de l&#8217;ench\u00e8re est nettement sup\u00e9rieur \u00e0 l&#8217;estimation de l&#8217;expert \u00e9valuateur immobilier Bezalel Katzir.
