Il s\u2019agit de l\u2019un des plans les plus vastes et le plus complexe approuv\u00e9 par l\u2019arm\u00e9e isra\u00e9lienne depuis la cr\u00e9ation de la commission en 2014. Naturellement, le plan a soulev\u00e9 des objections et la discussion a dur\u00e9 pr\u00e8s de deux ans.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Il est pr\u00e9vu de construire des immeubles de 6 \u00e0 18 \u00e9tages. Avec 1 300 appartements de moins de 80 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s. Ce qui devrait co\u00fbter moins cher, ainsi que 1 400 logements prot\u00e9g\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La promotion de ce plan impliquait la lutte des FDI, du chef d&#8217;\u00e9tat-major et de la municipalit\u00e9 de Kiryat Ata au minist\u00e8re des Transports. Notamment, dans le but de modifier les plans du bureau. Et ce, en vue de paver la route 781 entre Nazareth et Ha\u00effa alors qu&#8217;elle traversait le nouveau quartier.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Enfin, ils ont convenu que la route deviendrait une route urbaine, avec le passage \u00e0 niveau du train l\u00e9ger reliant Nazareth \u00e0 Ha\u00effa.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La largeur de la route deviendra r\u00e9duite de 150 m\u00e8tres selon le plan initial \u00e0 45 m\u00e8tres.
