Rafael voulait fusionner un terrain qu\u2019elle poss\u00e8de avec l\u2019acheteur de l\u2019immeuble MADA (Magen David Adom) adjacent, afin de doubler les droits de construction.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Deux parcelles au c\u0153ur de Tel Aviv pour une construction optimale.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">L&#8217;unification des deux parcelles am\u00e9liorera le terrain des deux corps et permettra l&#8217;ajout de dizaines d&#8217;appartements.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La parcelle de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mdais.org\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MADA<\/a> &#8211; 2,5 dunams, appartient \u00e0 la municipalit\u00e9 de Tel Aviv. MADA a lou\u00e9 ce bien jusqu&#8217;en 2021 avec la possibilit\u00e9 d\u2019une prolongation de 49 ans. Il y a quelques semaines, les deux organismes ont publi\u00e9 un appel d&#8217;offres conjoint pour la vente du terrain. L&#8217;appel d&#8217;offres sera ferm\u00e9 le jeudi.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon les termes de l&#8217;appel d&#8217;offres, le vainqueur paiera 51 millions de NIS \u00e0 MADA. Le reste \u00e9tant vers\u00e9 \u00e0 la municipalit\u00e9 de Tel Aviv. Le potentiel de construction de dizaines d&#8217;appartements au c\u0153ur de Tel Aviv int\u00e9resse les entrepreneurs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le gagnant de l&#8217;appel d&#8217;offres d\u00e9truira la maison de la MADA et sera en mesure de construire un immeuble r\u00e9sidentiel d&#8217;environ 80 appartements.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Fusion des deux parcelles en plein c\u0153ur de Tel Aviv<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La fusion des deux parcelles, MADA et Rafael, permettra la construction de pr\u00e8s de 200 appartements dans des immeubles de sept \u00e9tages. La valeur du lot combin\u00e9 atteignant plus de 350 millions de NIS. Une aubaine de dizaines de points de pourcentage de plus qu&#8217;aujourd&#8217;hui. Soit, pr\u00e8s de 90 millions de NIS en situation consolid\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Eli Levy, directeur du d\u00e9partement immobilier de la municipalit\u00e9 de Tel Aviv-Jaffa, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00e0 la presse:<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avant la publication de l&#8217;appel d&#8217;offres, relatif \u00e0 la vente du terrain, la municipalit\u00e9 envisageait de diriger le syndicat.
