L\u2019enqu\u00eate mesure l\u2019\u00e9volution du prix de la location sur les 6 derniers mois.<\/p>\n

Les donn\u00e9es de cette enqu\u00eate, filtr\u00e9es et associ\u00e9es aux chiffres du Bureau central des statistiques (CBS<\/a>) pour les loyers mensuels. Par ailleurs, des bases de donn\u00e9es suppl\u00e9mentaires ont approuv\u00e9 ces derniers.<\/p>\n

R\u00e9sultat de l’enqu\u00eate sur l’augmentation des loyers en Isra\u00ebl<\/h2>\n

Selon l’examen, les prix \u00e0 la location dans les 16 villes examin\u00e9es ont augment\u00e9 en moyenne de 5,6%<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

  • Ramla a enregistr\u00e9 le gain le plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 au cours des six derniers mois, ses loyers ayant augment\u00e9 en moyenne de 17%<\/strong>.<\/li>\n
  • Modi’in avec une augmentation de 13,8%.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • J\u00e9rusalem avec une augmentation de 13,6%<\/strong>,<\/li>\n
  • Kfar Saba avec une augmentation de 9,3%<\/strong>,<\/li>\n
  • Herzliya avec une augmentation de 8,5%<\/strong>,<\/li>\n
  • Netanya avec une augmentation de 8,5%<\/strong>,<\/li>\n
  • Holon – 7,3%,<\/li>\n
  • Ha\u00effa – 5,6%<\/strong>,<\/li>\n
  • Rishon LeZion – 4,8%<\/strong><\/li>\n
  • Tel Aviv – 4%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Enfin, \u00e0 Beer Sheva, les loyers ont chut\u00e9 au cours de cette p\u00e9riode, de 8,4%.<\/strong><\/p>\n
