Notamment, en \u00e9laborant un plan d&#8217;entreprise social pour chaque ville. Parall\u00e8lement \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tablissement de nouveaux noyaux de peuplement \u00e0 forte densit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le projet pilote de transformation des villes en d\u00e9veloppement, lanc\u00e9 dans les quatres premi\u00e8res villes.<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les jeunes couples et de nombreuses familles d\u00e9sesp\u00e8rent depuis longtemps d\u2019acheter un appartement dans les zones en demande. En coop\u00e9ration avec l\u2019Association Orr pour le d\u00e9veloppement du<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/N%C3%A9guev\"> N\u00e9guev<\/a> et de la Galil\u00e9e.<\/strong> Ce projet cherche \u00e0 fournir une solution pour les habitants des villes de d\u00e9veloppement, qui subissent une n\u00e9gligence durable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le projet, appel\u00e9 Equal City, est con\u00e7u pour permettre un d\u00e9veloppement et des investissements significatifs dans les villes de d\u00e9veloppement. En effet, l&#8217;objectif \u00e9tant de faire de chacun d&#8217;eux un centre ind\u00e9pendant et prosp\u00e8re. Tout en offrant un large \u00e9ventail d&#8217;opportunit\u00e9s d&#8217;emploi, d&#8217;\u00e9ducation et de culture dans lesquelles chaque famille serait heureuse de vivre.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les journalistes ont appris r\u00e9cemment que le projet avait \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 dans quatre des premi\u00e8res <strong>villes s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9es: Dimona, Ofakim, Akko et Kiryat Shmona.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans ce cadre, chaque ville aura un plan social-entreprise. Par ailleurs, l&#8217;\u00e9tablissement de trois noyaux de peuplement au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es, de l&#8217;ordre de 300 personnes par noyau.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cela repr\u00e9sente qu&#8217;un d\u00e9but.
