Le b\u00e2timent dispose d&#8217;un permis de construire existant, pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment promu par Amot dans Bar Orian Architects, et comprend 7 \u00e9tages et 17 appartements d&#8217;une superficie construite de 2 240 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>La parcelle est situ\u00e9e dans la partie centrale du boulevard Rothschild, entre les rues Nahmani et Mazeh, consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme \u00e9tant de qualit\u00e9 et calme, car elle est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une zone r\u00e9sidentielle, tandis que la section proche du d\u00e9but de la rue est consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme plus encombr\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Le b\u00e2timent existant sur le terrain, qui devrait \u00eatre d\u00e9moli, a servi dans le pass\u00e9 sous le nom de Bank Massad et dans le pass\u00e9 en tant que Sderot Cinema.
