Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de bataille judiciaire, la Cour supr\u00eame isra\u00e9lienne avait donn\u00e9 d\u00e9but septembre son feu vert \u00e0 la d\u00e9molition du village b\u00e9douin\u00a0de Khan al-Ahmar, village de t\u00f4le et de toile o\u00f9 vivent pr\u00e8s de 200 B\u00e9douins \u00e0 l\u2019est de J\u00e9rusalem, coinc\u00e9 entre deux implantations isra\u00e9liennes.<\/em><\/h4>\n

Isra\u00ebl a demand\u00e9 dimanche aux habitants du village b\u00e9douin ill\u00e9gal de Khan al-Ahmar en Cisjordanie de d\u00e9molir eux-m\u00eames “toutes les structures du site” d’ici le 1er octobre.<\/p>\n

Apr\u00e8s des ann\u00e9es de bataille judiciaire, et plusieurs propositions de relogement, la Cour supr\u00eame isra\u00e9lienne a donn\u00e9 d\u00e9but septembre son feu vert \u00e0 la d\u00e9molition de Khan al-Ahmar, ce hameau de 200 habitants construit ill\u00e9galement et principalement constitu\u00e9 de logements et structures de fortune, insalubres, comme c’est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement le cas des villages b\u00e9douins de la r\u00e9gion.<\/p>\n

“En application de la d\u00e9cision de la Cour supr\u00eame, les habitants de Khan al-Ahmar ont re\u00e7u dimanche l’ordre de d\u00e9truire toutes les structures du site avant le 1er octobre”, a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 un communiqu\u00e9 du Cogat, l’organisme isra\u00e9lien charg\u00e9 des affaires civiles dans les territoires palestiniens.<\/p>\n

L’Etat isra\u00e9lien s’est engag\u00e9 \u00e0 laisser les habitants du village d\u00e9molir eux-m\u00eames leur hameau.<\/div>\n
\n

“Personne ne partira, il faudra nous expulser par la force”, a affirm\u00e9 Eid Abou Khamis, un porte-parole du village contact\u00e9 par t\u00e9l\u00e9phone. Si Khan al-Ahmar est d\u00e9moli, “ce sera uniquement par la force”, a-t-il ajout\u00e9.<\/p>\n

Plus t\u00f4t ce mois, le Parlement europ\u00e9en a adopt\u00e9 une r\u00e9solution d\u00e9non\u00e7ant fermement la d\u00e9cision isra\u00e9lienne de d\u00e9molir le village b\u00e9douin, et a r\u00e9clam\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019Etat h\u00e9breu des compensations pour la destruction de ses structures.<\/p>\n

Le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019Autorit\u00e9 palestinienne (AP) Mahmoud Abbas a r\u00e9cemment fait savoir qu\u2019il irait devant la cour internationale de justice en raison de la destruction pr\u00e9vue du village b\u00e9douin de Khan al-Ahmar en Cisjordanie.<\/p>\n

L\u2019Etat a fait savoir que les structures \u2013 principalement des tentes et des cabanes artisanales \u2013 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 construites sans permis et qu\u2019elles repr\u00e9sentent une menace pour les r\u00e9sidents du village \u00e0 cause de leur proximit\u00e9 avec une autoroute.<\/p>\n

Mais les villageois \u2013 qui sont install\u00e9s sur le site depuis les ann\u00e9es 1950, alors qu\u2019il \u00e9tait encore sous le contr\u00f4le de la Cisjordanie, apr\u00e8s que l\u2019Etat les a \u00e9vinc\u00e9s de leurs habitations du Negev \u2013 disent n\u2019avoir pas eu d\u2019autre alternative que de construire sans autorisation isra\u00e9lienne, de tels permis n\u2019\u00e9tant presque jamais accord\u00e9s aux Palestiniens d\u00e9sireux de construire dans certaines parties de la Cisjordanie o\u00f9 Isra\u00ebl a le pouvoir de d\u00e9cision concernant les affaires civiles.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
