De plus, nous regardons la progression des prix en fonction de sa r\u00e9gion et en fonction de l&#8217;\u00e9volution des prix de l&#8217;ensemble du pays.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Hadera :<\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Indice Prix au m\u00e8tre carr\u00e9:<\/strong>\u00a0 <span lang=\"fr\">12844 <\/span> NIS \u00a0 \u00a0<strong>Indice Rendement locatif:<\/strong> <span lang=\"fr\">2.9<\/span>% \u00a0 <strong>Augmentation de 2006 \u00e0 201<\/strong>7: <span lang=\"fr\">334<\/span>%<\/p>\n<p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-ta tw-text-small\" dir=\"ltr\" style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span lang=\"fr\">On peut voir que les prix des appartements \u00e0 Hadera augmentent consid\u00e9rablement entre 2006-2017. Au d\u00e9but de l&#8217;ann\u00e9e 2006, la moyenne des prix des logements s&#8217;\u00e9levait \u00e0 <strong>582 000 Shekel.<\/strong> Aujourd&#8217;hui (2017) les prix des logements s&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e8vent \u00e0 <strong>1.601 million<\/strong>. En outre, vous pouvez constater que la ville a maintenu des prix moyens dans le district centre. Et ce au cours des dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es.
