Maintenant ils pourront se vanter de construire le centre commercial le plus bas de la plan\u00e8te, \u00e0 la mer morte. Dans la r\u00e9gion d&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ein_Bokek\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ein Bokek<\/a>, celle des h\u00f4tels de la mer morte un projet vieux de plusieurs ann\u00e9es est en construction. Cette fois, on peut le dire, l&#8217;investissement du minist\u00e8re du tourisme et de la r\u00e9gion sont \u00e0 la hauteur de la t\u00e2che \u00e0 accomplir : 1 milliard de Shekel. <\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Dans la r\u00e9gion d&#8217; \u00ab Ein Bokek \u00bb ou se trouvent la plupart des h\u00f4tels de la mer morte : : Le gouvernement a trouv\u00e9 la solution apr\u00e8s de nombreuses ann\u00e9es apr\u00e8s avoir repousser ce projet \u00e0 plusieurs reprises. Mais cette fois, ce projet gigantesque de construire un nouveau centre commercial et l&#8217;am\u00e9nagement des pr\u00e9s de 20 Km de plage \u00e0 d\u00e9marr\u00e9. \u00a0Il est \u00e9galement pr\u00e9vu 3500 chambres d\u2019h\u00f4tel suppl\u00e9mentaires et la construction d&#8217;un Country club flambant neuf.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Les touristes trouveront les grandes enseignes internationales. Celles ci ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9serv\u00e9 un emplacement dans les 15\u00a0000 m\u00e8tres carr\u00e9s d\u2019espace marchands. Mais aussi des restaurants, un spas, un centre de soins, un country club et diff\u00e9rents commerces de proximit\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Un renouveau pour la r\u00e9gion de la mer morte<\/span><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">C&#8217;est clairement un renouveau pour cette r\u00e9gion ou peu de projet on vu le jour. Pour le pr\u00e9sident du conseil r\u00e9gional de Tamar, c\u2019est une r\u00e9volution\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent, les touristes avaient deux choix lorsqu\u2019ils venaient \u00e0 la Mer Morte : Rester dans leur h\u00f4tel climatis\u00e9 ou prendre un bain. Sinon, ils devaient faire des kilom\u00e8tres pour visiter Massada, les sources d\u2019Ein Guedi ou le site de Qumran, o\u00f9 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9couverts les manuscrits de la Mer Morte. Ce n\u2019est pas comme \u00e0 Eilat qui dispose de nombreuses attractions. En effet les projections du nombre de touriste dans la r\u00e9gion devrait doubler d&#8217;ici 5 ans. Cela donne un objectif de pr\u00e9s de 4 millions de personnes visitant la mer morte chaque ann\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Derri\u00e8re ce chiffre de nombreuses probl\u00e9matiques et bonnes nouvelles se dissimulent : La venue de nouveaux investisseurs et de tourismes est une bonne nouvelle pour la r\u00e9gion. On esp\u00e8re la cr\u00e9ation de 20.000 emplois \u00e0 horizon de 5 ans. Mais il faudra notamment pr\u00e9voir et anticiper l&#8217;acc\u00e8s \u00e0 la mer morte.
